About Blink Virtual
Blink Virtual is a strategic and operational studio supporting founders in building businesses that are structured, scalable and sustainable.
Rather than task-based assistance, the focus is on considered partnership, bringing clarity, organisation and accountability across operations, growth and/or private lifestyle management.
Trust, professionalism and confidentiality are non-negotiable. Professional Indemnity and Cyber Liability insurance are in place, and NDAs are signed as standard to ensure complete peace of mind.
I’m Hepzibah, based on the edge of Epping Forest, where I run Blink Virtual.
Before starting Blink, I worked in recruitment and sales, online marketing for a fashion retailer, and in schools. They were very different environments, but all of them taught me a lot - mainly about communication, working styles, and how hard it can be to stay accountable when you’re under pressure or juggling a lot. They also made me realise how much I value autonomy, and having no limit to my success - something I found frustrating (and boring) in employed roles! That’s why I love supporting ambitious founders who think the same way.
I began as a Virtual Assistant, offering basic admin support. Over time, the work evolved, mostly because clients were pointing out I wasn’t “just” a VA. What I naturally brought was a new perspective, structure and results, helping founders get back some work/life balance, and enjoy running their business again.
I studied Psychology, which probably explains why I’m naturally drawn to how people think and work. When you’re deep in your own business (and care about every part of it), it’s hard to step back and see things clearly.
I love running Blink Virtual. It gives me control over how I work and who I work with, and the opportunity to just be myself.
When I’m not working, I’m usually walking in the forest, cooking, trying new restaurants, taking photos or spending time with my partner and our cat, Baby Blue Moon.
